摘 要:利用磷酸对高岭土进行处理,制取不同含磷量的活性基质,然后与分子筛、填充物等组合成FCC催化剂。在用FTIR技术和MAT试验等催化剂表征手段对其表征之后,发现酸性、酸密度和强度等与催化剂的裂化性能有很大关系;所制5种不同含磷量催化剂的酸性特征随含磷量的变化而较有规律地变化。A ranking of new matrixes containing different weight of phosphorus was made by treating metakaolin with phosphoric acid,and then mixed these matrixes with REY and bindings to form FCC catalysts also containing different weights of P.After being characterized by FTIR and MAT,it was found that with increasing P content,the number of total acid sites and Bronsted acid sites on cat.Surface are decreasing,but the ratio of Lewis acid sites number to total acid site's is increasing;and there is no strong Bronsted acid on the samples' surface;tt was found also that the activity increases with the increase of samples' acid density and that the strong Lewis acid sites relate highly to the coke formation.
