“双宫丝特征”及其形成原因探讨

摘　　要：通过观察"双宫丝特征"的形态及其形成的过程,分析双宫丝特征形成的机理和原因,阐述双宫丝生产工艺和操作对"双宫丝特征"形成的影响。经观察和分析后认为,"双宫丝特征"的主要来源是双宫茧特殊的茧层结构,是其内2根相互交叉重叠的茧丝在离解时被纠缠拉起导致的,而添颣操作和工艺不良也是产生"双宫丝特征"的主要原因。提高"双宫丝特征"数量,可以通过增大双宫茧用量、采用偏熟的煮茧工艺等手段来实现。The mechanism and reasons of duppion silk yarn feature were analyzed through observation of shape and forming processes, the thesis described production processes and operations＇ influence on duppion silk yarn feature. The thesis thought that duppion silk yarn feature rooted mainly in the special structure of twin cocoon layer, within which two overlapping cocoon silk was drawn up by turns, in addition, manipulation of appending cocoon silk and improper process of reeling duppion silk yarn were also main reasons of duppion silk yarn feature. To increase the quantity of duppion silk yarn feature, increasing the percentage of twin cocoon, or employing process of upper doneness of twin cocoon cooking process were feasible methods.
