摘 要:针对电力纺组织紧密,整匹扎染效果难以均匀,特别是几何图案,扎染批量生产还存在色泽和图案效果重演性差的问题,通过对染化料助剂的优选,对缝扎、染色、整理关键工序的工艺研究,确定了各工序最佳工艺参数,并生产了4个色泽8000多m电力纺扎染服装面料,生产工艺符合节能、降耗、减排要求。It is difficult to get even dying effect on silk habotai tie-dyeing especially for geometrical pattern because of the tight construction of silk habotai. And it is hard to get the reproducibility for same color and same pattern due to the same reason. How to choose the dyestuffs, chemicals and auxiliaries, how to get good sewing and tying effect and how to work on the key processes were discussed on this paper. 8000 meters of silk habotai for garment in 4-colorway tie-dye styles were produced with this technique. The goods was exported to the USA and was highly praised by the customer. This technique can also meet the demands on saving energy, reducing cost and wasted water.
