摘　　要：近年来重庆经济的高速发展,迫切需要大量高素质的会计人才,而重庆高校在会计人才培养方面滞后于这一需求,会计教育改革势在必行。为此,本文在分析重庆高校会计人才培养存在问题的基础上,提出了适应本地经济发展,进行会计教育改革的建议。In recent years,as the rapid development of Chongqing＇s economy, there is urgent need for a large number of high- quality accounting personnel, but colleges and universities in Chongqing lagged behind the demand for accounting education, reform is imperative- In this paper,we analysed the existing accounting problems in personnel training in Chongqing, based on the proposed adapt to local economic development in the accounting education,the put forward reform proposals.
