摘 要:目的观察虚寒状态下大鼠血浆第二信使环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量变化,探讨其可能机制。方法将大鼠随机分为正常组和虚寒模型组,虚寒组每日肌肉注射氢化可的松注射液,正常组每日肌肉注射等量生理盐水,持续14d;处死动物,检测甲状腺激素三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、反三碘甲腺原氨酸(rT3)、肾上腺皮质激素皮质醇(COR)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、腺苷酸环化酶(AC)、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)。结果虚寒状态内分泌激素T3、T4、rT3、COR水平降低,cAMP水平、AC活性降低,ATP含量升高。结论虚寒状态下甲状腺、肾上腺皮质功能降低,内分泌激素作用于AC,对AC活化降低,第二信使cAMP生成减少,其介导的生物学效应相应降低,故虚寒机体表现出抑制的状态。Objective To investigate the change of endocrine, cAMP and potential mechanism in asthenia cold syndrome rats. Method The rats were randomly divided into normal group and asthenia cold model group. The model group were treated with intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone for 14 days, and the normal group with NS. The content of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and adenylate cyclase (AC), triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxine (T4), dopamine (rT3), cortisol (COR), cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) was detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA). The content of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) was detected by chemiluminescence. Result The content of T3, T4, rT3, COR, cAMP were decreased, the activity of AC was decreased, the conent of ATP was increased. Conclution The function of the endocrine system was suppressed in asthenia cold rats, which can down-regulate cAMP and lead to asthenia cold syndrome.
