摘  要:以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为硬段,端羟基聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAG)为软段,1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂,合成了形状记忆温度在人体温度范围内的形状记忆聚氨酯(SMPU),并对其进行力学性能分析、差示热分析、透湿量分析和X射线衍射分析。结果表明,随TDI含量增加,SMPU的结晶熔融温度略有降低。当PBAG平均分子质量为2000,PBAG/TDI/BDO摩尔分数比为1/5/14时,合成的SMPU的记忆温度接近人体体温。合成的SMPU具有优异的透湿性能,且其透湿量在其记忆温度附近能发生较为明显的变化。With 2,4-toluoldiisocyanat (TDI) as hard segment, poly(butylene adipate) glycol (PBAG) as soft segment, 1,4-butanediol (BDO) as chain extender,shape memory polyurethane(SMPU) whose shape memory temperature was in the range of human body temperature were synthesized. Its mechanical and thermal properties, water vapor permeability and shape memory properties were investigated by using differential scanning colorimetry ( DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD). Crystalline melting temperature of SMPU was slightly decreased with increasing of TDI. As the PBAG average molecular mass was 2 000, PBAG/TDI/BDO mole fraction ratio was 1/5/14, shape memory temperature of SMPU was near to human body, Synthetic SMPU had excellent water vapor permeability, and could be changed obviously nearby the memory temperature.
