摘 要:采用原位聚合法,分别用CTAB、DMC、SVS作乳化剂制备了3种复合乳液。TEM结果表明,以CTAB、DMC作乳化剂时,纳米二氧化钛均匀地分布在体系中,没有团聚;以SVS作乳化剂时,形成了以乳胶粒为核、纳米二氧化钛为壳的复合乳液。当CTAB、DMC作乳化剂时,复合乳液的贮存稳定性较好;以CTAB作乳化剂时,复合乳液的机械稳定性较好;以DMC、SVS作乳化剂时,复合乳胶膜的耐水性较好。Using three emulsifiers, three composite emulsions were prepared though in-situ polymerization. TEM results showed that when CTAB or DMC was used as the emulsifier, the titania was uniformlydispersed in the system and there is no reuniting; when SVS was used as the emulsifier, the composite emulsion was formed , in which the latex particles were the cores and the titania was the shells. When CTAB or DMC was used as the emulsifier, the composite emulsion had better storage stability; when CTAB was used as the emulsifier, the composite emulsion had better mechanical stability; when DMC or SVS was used as the emulsifier, the film of composite latex had better water resistence.
