摘　　要：以聚乙烯醇为主要成膜物,交联剂A、交联剂B为改性剂,淀粉为助剂,合成一种改性聚乙烯醇商标胶。当交联剂A用量为1%～1.5%、交联剂B用量为0.4%～0.6%、淀粉用量为2%～3%、反应温度为60℃时,制备的改性聚乙烯醇商标胶具有较好的粘贴性能,初粘力强,干燥速度快,耐水性好,可以满足啤酒生产线高速贴标需要,并可以替代酪素胶。A modified polyvinyl alcohol adhesive for labeling beer bottle was obtained using polyvinyl alcohol as the main film-forming material,cross-linking agent A and B as the modifiers and starch as the auxiliary. When the percentage cross-linking agent A content is 1 - 1.5%,the cross-linking agent B content is 0.4 -0.6%,starch content is 2-3% and reaction temperature is 60℃,the modified polyvinyl alochol trademark adhesive showed better adhesive property,including high initial adhesive strength,fast drying speed,good water resistance etc.It can be used in high-speed production line for labeling beer bottle and can replace the casein adhesive.
