摘　　要：从理论分析计算的角度,分析了关键尺寸(宽度和厚度)对内外挠性接头性能的影响,研究了困扰批生产的接头外观的控制等,保证了接头的质量,提高了接头加工效率和合格率,降低了生产成本.In terms of theoretical analysis, the key parameters （width and thickness） impacting on the performances of flexible junction and the control strategy which confused batch production were analyzed and the results were given at last. The strategy not only assured the ability of gyroscope but also improved the efficiency of processing and the acceptance rate was improved.
