摘　　要：美国FLUKE公司的6060B是一台内部带有高稳晶振的合成信号发生器,内部结构和电路较为复杂,因此测量和故障检修较为困难。文中分析了发生在晶体振荡器内部的一个特殊故障现象,并通过一系列的测试和测绘确定了故障元件,最终使仪器恢复到正常使用状态。The Puke 6060B is a synthesized signal generator that contains an ultra-stable electric oscillator with complex structure and electric circuit. It is difficult in test and hardware failure service. This article analyzes the phenomena of one special hardware failure inside of this electronic oscillator, finding out the failed components through a series of tests and circuit mapping,finalty making the instrument back to normal operating status.
