摘　　要：介绍了微生物固定化的方法，包括吸附法、共价结合法、包埋法以及交联法；同时对于一些常用载体的选择进行了阐述。综述了微生物固定化技术在处理含酚废水、含重金属废水、以及高浓度有机废水中的应用。提出了微生物固定化技术存在的问题，并对其今后的发展方向进行了展望。The immobilized microorganism technology including adsorption method, covalent binding method, entrapping method and cross - linking method was introduced as well as selection of the common carriers. Application of the immobilized microorganism technology in treatment of phenol, heavy metal and high concentration organic wastewater was discussed. At the same time, some problems of the immobilized microorganism technology were analyzed, and development direction in future was predicted.
