SURVEY OF HEALTH LEVEL OF PEOPLE IN GUANGMING COUNTY OF GUANGMING DISTRICT OF SHENZHEN CITY

摘　　要：[目的]对光明新区人群健康水平进行分析，从而为光明新区的发展提供客观准确的人口健康资料。[方法]收集2005-2007年老明新区光明街道的人口学资料（包括户籍人口、暂住人口）、死亡资料等，对人口结构及死亡情况进行描述性分析，编制简略寿命表和去死因寿命表计算平均期望寿命和去死因寿命。[结果]（1）调查2005-2007年3年平均人口81306人．户籍人口：暂住人口为1：2.88，男：女为1．25：1；（2）居民3年平均粗死亡率为1．14‰．前5位主要死因分别为：恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、心脏病、损伤和中毒外部原因、呼吸系统疾病；（3）平均期望寿命为84．07岁（男性82．72岁、女性85．84岁）。[结论]人群健康水平良好，恶性肿瘤等慢性非传染性疾病为主要公共卫生问题。[Objective] To provide accurate information of health level of people for the development of Guangming District of Shenzhen city. [ Methods ] Descriptive analysis and brief life-table was done based on the demographic and dead information of people in Guangming District between 2005 and 2007 year. [ Results] （ 1 ） The average number of people in Guangming County was 81306 between 2005 and 2007 year, the rates of people registered compared to temporary people was 1 ： 2.88, and the rate of the male compared to female was 1.25 ： 1 ; （2） The average death rate of the three years was 1.14‰, the top five main reasons of death were malignant cancer, cerebrovascular disease, heart disease, injury and poisoning external causes and respiratory disease; （3） The averate life expectancy was 84.07 years old （male was 82.72 and female was 85.84）. [ Conclusion] People in Guangming District enjoyed high level of health, and the main public heahh problem was chronic non-communicable diseases, especially for malignant cancer.
