顺义区38家二次供水卫生管理现状调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解顺义区二次供水卫生管理安全现状。[方法]对全区38家二次供水管理单位的52套供水设备进行卫生管理安全现场调查,对调查结果进行统计学分析。[内容]二次供水产权单位及其物业管理单位基本卫生情况、供水设施卫生情况、水箱卫生状况3个方面。[结果]在预防性审查方面,38家二次供水管理单位均无供水设施竣工审查验收资料,有二次供水应急预案的占7.9%、有效卫生许可证率为55.3%;同时二次供水的日常运行方面,有效消毒率达64.3%,定期清洗占39.3%,定期检测水质8.0%;52个水箱各项指标合格率介于61.2%～98.0%。[结论]顺义区二次供水饮水卫生安全管理水平不容乐观,预防性审查问题是本区二次供水卫生管理主要存在的问题,需加强管理。[Objective] To investigate the current status of sanitation management of the second water supply in Shunyi district. [Methods] 52 set equipments in 38 second water supply entities were inspected for the sanitary management and security, and the results were analyzed by statistic analysis. The sanitary status, water facihty sanitary status and sanitary of water boxes from second water supply entities and theirproperty management companies were inspected. [ Results] There was no qualified check and accept information for the 38 second water supply entities. Entity which have emergency forecast accounted for 7.9%. Entity with qualified sanitation certificate accounted for 55.3%. In the second water supply regular function, rates of sterilization, regular cleanout and water quality inspection 64.3%. 50.0% and 8.0%. respectively. Qualified rates in 52 water boxes accounted for 61.2%-98.0%. [Conclusion] Preventive inspection is major problem in sanitation management for the second water supply in Shunyi district, inefficacy sanitation management to second water supply result in low rate of qualified sanitation certificate. We should improve the sanitary management forthe second water supply.
