摘　　要：目的:采用压敏片技术测量膝关节半月板的承受载荷。方法:把压敏片剪成与半月板相应的形状和大小,置于膝关节间隙半月板的上方。利用材料试验机向标本加载,将所得压敏片的图像经扫描后输入计算机,进行分析计算得出膝半月板的承受压力值。结果:通过这种方法可以直接测得膝半月板承受的压力和受力面积的大小,并同时可以观察半月板的受力分布。结论:利用压敏片的测量方法对于膝关节的研究有很高的应用价值。Objective：To measure the stress on the meniscus in the knee joint with pressure-sensitive film technique.Methods：The pressure-sensitive films were sheared according to the actual shape and size of meniscus before they were put onto the meniscus.When the Material Test System imposed pressure load on the knee joint,the films showed the images which recorded the information of the pressure,and the images were input to the computer to calculate the value of the pressure.Results：The value and area of the stress could be measured by this method,while the location of the stress could be observed directly.Conclusion：This method using pressure-sensitive film is valuable in the research of the knee joint.
