松凝分筋手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究松凝分筋手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为手法治疗组和中药治疗组各30例进行治疗,依据Lysholm膝关节功能评分判定进行临床评价。结果:治疗组优良率为73.3%,药物治疗组优良率50%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组关节屈伸度、疼痛、关节稳定度与上下楼梯分值进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:松凝分筋手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能有效缓解患者的症状,改善关节功能。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Songning Fenjin Manipulation in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods：A randomized controlled study of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis was conducted.Results：The effective rate in treatment group was 73.3%,which was significantly higher than that in drug treatment group of 50%（P0.05）.There were also remarkable differences in joint range of motion,pain,stability and ability of climbing stairs between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of Songning Fenjin Manipulation can effectively relieve symptoms and improve joint function for patients with knee osteoarthritis.
