摘  要:目的探讨低场强磁共振梯度回波在颈椎间盘突出中的应用价值。方法对176例患者颈部MRI资料回顾性分析,对比横断T1WI、T2WI、T2*WI对椎间盘突出的显示率并作统计学处理。结果176例中共有椎间盘突出416个,其中T1WI显示70个(占16.82%),T2WI显示304个(占73.07%),T2*WI显示406个(占97.59%)。结论低场强磁共振梯度回波能更好的显示颈椎间盘突出,可作为颈椎常规检查序列,以弥补自旋回波的不足。Objective To investigate the applied value of low-field strength MR imaging with gradient echo sequence in detecting cervical disc herniation. Methods MRI data of 176 patients with known cervical disc herniation were reviewed. The detection rates of cervical disc herniation on transverse T1WI, T2WI and T2^*WI were comparatively and statistically analyzed. Results Among 176 patients, MR imaging detected total 416 herniated cervical discs which comprised 70 (16.8%) on T1WI, 304 (73.07%) on T2WI, and 406 (97.59%) on T2^*WI. Conclusion During low-field strength MR imaging, gradient echo sequence can more clearly show the herniated cervical discs than other sequences so that it should be chosen as routine sequence in order to compensate the defect of spin echo sequence.
