摘  要:目的:检测肿瘤坏死因子受体(sTNF-R1和sTNF-R2)在男性慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CPPS)患者前列腺液中的表达水平,探讨sTNF-R1和sTNF-R2在CPPS炎症过程中的可能作用机制。方法:CPPS患者均来自2008年3月-2009年1月,其中ⅢA级24例、ⅢB级20例,并与15例健康人作对照。直肠按摩取出前列腺液,ELISA法检测前列腺液sTNF-R1和sTNF-R2的蛋白浓度。结果:CPPSⅢA组前列腺液sTNF-R1和sTNF-R2的蛋白浓度显著高于ⅢB组[(46±6vs41±6),P<0.05;(13.0±4.8vs7.9±4.1)ng/mL,P<0.01],且ⅢB组前列腺液sTNF-R1和sTNF-R2的蛋白浓度显著高于对照组[分别为(25±8)、(2.5±1.9)ng/mL,均P<0.01]。结论:男性CPPS患者前列腺液中sTNF-R1和sTNF-R2的蛋白浓度增加,两者可能共同参与了CPPS的炎症过程。AIM: To detect the concentrations of solube tumor necrosis factor receptors (sTNF-R1 and sTNF-R2) at prostatic secretion in male patients with chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CPPS). And to investigate the potential roles of sTNF-R1 and sTNF-R2 in the development of CPPS inflammation. METHODS: All the patients were obtained during March 2008 to Janua- ry 2009 including 24 cases of CPPS m A and 20 cases of CPPS m B, and were compared to 24 cases of volunteers. Expressed prostatic secretion were obtained by rectum massage methods. Concentrations of sTNF-R1 and sTNF-R2 were measured by enzyme linked immu- nosorbent assay methods. RESULTS: The concentrations of sTNF-R1 and sTNF-R2 proteins were signifi- cantly higher from CPPS Ⅲ A group than those from CPPS m B group [(46 ±6 vs 41 ± 6), P 〈 0.05,(13.0±4.8 vs 7.9 ± 4.1) ng/mL, P 〈 0.01], and they were dramaticly higher from CPPS m B group than those from compared group [ (25 ± 8), (2.5 ± 1.9) ng/mL,all P 〈 0.013. CONCLUSION: Concentrations of sTNF-R1 and sTNF-R2 proteins are increased in male patients with CPPS. Both of them may be associated with the development of CPPS inflammation.
