摘  要:目的:了解在校大学生甲型H1N1流感防治知识,为高校甲型H1N1流感防控措施的制定和完善提供科学依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,对河南某高校不同专业、不同年级1271名在校大学生进行甲型H1N1流感防治知识问卷调查与分析。结果:在校大学生甲型H1N1流感防治知识总体知晓率为70.91%,其中75.28%的学生知道甲型流感是由H1N1亚型流感病毒引起的严重急性呼吸道传染病;88.91%的学生知道甲型H1N1流感预防知识;62.22%的学生知道有针对甲型流感患者进行治疗的药物;不同专业、不同年级间相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。进一步分析发现:88.45%的学生希望进一步获得更多甲型H1N1流感的防治知识,其中网络和电视是大学生获得甲型H1N1流感防治知识的主要途径。结论:在校大学生虽然掌握了部分甲型H1N1流感相关知识,但其知识结构还不够全面系统,高校应进一步加强宣传,制定有针对性的教育和干预措施。Objective: To explore the knowledge of prevention and control about H1N1 influenza among college students,and then provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of H1N1 influenza.Methods:Using stratified cluster sampling,an anonymous investigation was conducted among 1 271 college students of different major and grade in Henan province.Results:The knowledge rate of H1N1 influenza among college students was 70.91%,and 75.28% of college student recognized that H1N1 influenza is a severe acute respiratory tract infection disease,and most participators had the related knowledge of prevention(88.91%) and cure(62.22%) about H1N1 influenza.There were significantly difference in the knowledge rate between different major and grade(P〈0.01).Moreover,more than 80% of participants reported that they wished to obtain further knowledge of prevention and control of H1N1 influenza,and the network and television are the mainly path of obtaining knowledge.Conclusion: The college students have already obtained some related knowledge of H1N1 influenza,but the knowledge structure is no enough comprehensive and system.So the measures of effective intervention and education about H1N1 influenza should be strengthened and improved in university.
