摘　　要：国家对动漫产业优先发展、重点支持的定位,为动漫产业发展提供了广阔的空间。积极的政策引导推动我国动漫产业获得了空前迅猛的发展。通过建立电视动画项目评估制度,加强行会组织建设,改善融资环境,科学构建产业集群,能逐步化解产业发展中的矛盾,促进动漫产业持续健康发展。China gives priority and great support for the animation industry, providing extensive room for its development. The animation industry is greatly promoted by the affirmative policies. Problems arisen during the industry＇ s development can be gradually solved by the establishment of the evaluation system of television animation project, strengthening of the organization construction of the circle, improvement of the financing environment and scientific construction of the industrial ally, so as to promote continual and healthy development of the animation industry.
