摘  要:针对海洋平台深水导管架结构杆件检测作业存在风险大、成本高、检测工作量大、可动用潜水支持船资源有限等问题,通过对不同潜水作业方式和检测方法的特点及局限性进行比较,提出对50m水深以下结构杆件的检测采用基于ROV(水下机器人)操作的射线透水杆件检测方法来替代传统的超声波透水杆件检测方法。XJ油田2座生产平台导管架结构杆件检测实践表明,射线透水杆件检测方法是一种安全、高效、成本低的深水结构杆件检测方法。该方法对南海海域双层保温海底管道夹层的透水检测有重要的借鉴意义。The structural member inspection of offshore deep water jacket is characterized by high risk, high cost, high workload and limited diving support vessels resources, so the article compares the characteristics and limitations among different diving operation methods and consequently proposes to use gamma ray flooded member inspection (FMI) method operated by ROV (Remote Operation Vehicle) instead of traditional ultrasonic flooded member inspection (FMI) method for inspecting structural members below 50m water depth. The gamma ray FMI method was applied successfully to 2 offshore jackets in XJ oilfield, which has proved that it is a safe, high efficiency and low cost method for structural member inspection in deep water and has important significance for inspecting the annulus of subsea pipeline with pipe in pipe structure to determine the pipeline leakage & corrosion in South China Sea.
