不同螨致敏原对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨屋尘螨(Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,Der p)、粉尘螨(Dermatophagoides farinae,Der f)和热带螨(Blomia tropicalis,Blot)对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响是否存在差异。方法对236例变应性鼻炎患者行标准化屋尘螨疫苗特异性免疫治疗,观察患者皮肤点刺试验(skin prick test,SPT)结果。在免疫治疗前分别进行鼻结膜炎症状问卷调查(rhinoconjunctivitis symptom questionnaire,RSQ)和鼻结膜炎患者生活质量问卷调查(rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire,RQLQ)。通过对调查结果的分析判断,对比3种螨对患者RSQ和RQLQ的影响。结果SPT结果在Der p、Der f和Blo t中的总阳性率分别为97.87%(231例)、97.87%(231例)和61.28%(145例);患者的RSQ和RQLQ评分分别为(9.64±3.72)分和(26.56±15.30)分。通过多元线性回归分析,3种螨对患者RSQ和RQLQ的影响差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Der p、Der f和Blo t对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响无差别。Objective To explore the influence of the 3 common mite species, Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus （ Der p）, Dermatophagoides farinae （ Der f）and Blomia tropicalis （ Blo t）, on the quality of life in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods Skin prick test （SPT） of 236 cases were measured, who determined to accept special immunotherapy. Both rhinoconjunctivitis symptom questionnaire（RSQ） and rhinoeonjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire（RQLQ） were performed before immunotherapy. Comparative results were analyzed to assess the influence on the quality of life in these 236 cases among Der p, Der f and Blot. Results The total positive ratios of SPT in Der p, Der f and Blot were 97.87%, （231 cases）, 97.87% （231 cases）and 61.28% （145 cases） respectively, and the mean scores of RSQ and RQLQ were （9.64 ± 3.72） and （26.56 ± 15.30） in these 236 cases. By muhiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the influence on the quality of life in these 236 cases among Der p, Der f and Blo t. Conclusions No differences were found in the influence on the quality of life in patients with allergic rhiuitis among Der p, Der f and Blot.
