摘 要:对NdFeB合金的电场烧结特性进行了研究。研究发现,电场烧结是一种烧结温度低、烧结时间短、晶粒细小的一种新的烧结方法,该方法能精确地控制压坯的烧结温度和烧结过程,可靠性好,精准度高。与传统烧结法相比,电场烧结磁体中的富Nd相更细小、更弥散,分布更均匀,磁体中的线状缺陷也较少,磁体的显微结构更为理想。虽然烧结体的密度相对较低,但仍具有较优良的磁性能。The sintering characteristics of NdFeB alloys under electric field were studied. It is found that electric field sintering is a new sintering method with low sintering temperature, short sintering time and small crystal granules. The sintering method can accurately control the sintering temperature and sintering process of samples, and has good dependability and precision. Compared with traditional sintering methods, Nd-rich phases in the magnet produced by electric field sintering are smaller, more dispersed and more uniformly distributed, the magnet has fewer linear grain boundary defects and better microstructure. Although the sintered magnet has lower density, its magnetic properties are good.
