摘　　要：针对在校学生国际焊接工程师培训,佳木斯大学于2003年与机械部哈尔滨焊接技术培训中心合作,进行国际焊接工程师资质认证工作,经过多年的坚持和发展,考查了培训与学生就业的关系。结果表明:佳木斯大学选择这种国际焊接工程师资格认证培训,是对在校的本科学生工程技术能力的提高的一种值得推广做法,适应现代企业经济的发展需求和企业对人才需求的要求,为拓宽学生就业的渠道,增加学生就业的竞争力,打下良好基础。获得国际焊接工程师资质认证的学生,在就业上有了一个更宽、更高的就业平台,得到了用人单位认可,提升学生一次及再次就业率。Jiamusi University has cooperated with Harbin Welding Training Institute of the machinery ministry from 2003 and carried out qualification certification of international welding engineer for college students,and the relationship between the training and employment was investigated. And it's proved that,the international welding engineer qualification training is one of worth promotion practice mode in enhancing engineering capabilities of students.It meets the neods of the development of modern enterprise and the demands and requirements of talents in the business,and it lays a good foundation for student employment and increases the competitiveness of students.Students who acquire the international welding engineer qualification have a wider and higher employment platform,at the same time once and re-employment rate of students are increased.
