摘  要:介绍了硬质合金钎焊的特点,针对YG6硬质合金与25Cr3MoA合金结构钢在真空钎焊后的淬火工序产生裂纹的问题,从工艺参数、宏观、微观机理方面逐一分析YG6硬质合金产生裂纹的原因,提出工艺改进方向和可行性,结合生产实际进行25Cr3MoA合金结构钢与YG6硬质合金真空钎焊与淬火合并工艺试验,有效解决了生产中YG6硬质合金开裂问题,说明了选用工艺方案应充分考虑零组件材料和设备等资源,合理选用和不断优化工艺方案,从而稳定生产质量、提高生产效率、降低生产成本。The brazing characteristics of hard alloy were briefly introduced.The reason of cracks appearing in quenching of hard alloy YG6 and alloy steel 25Cr3MoA after vacuum brazing was analyzed from some aspects of the processing parameter,macroscopic and microscopic mechanism. The direction and feasibility of the process were proposed.According to the practical production,the combined process experiments about vacuum brazing and quenching of alloy steel 25Cr3MoA and hard alloy YG6 were carried out,in effectively addressing production cemented carbide YG6 crack question.The technological plan should he selected after considering fully resources,such as the spare part materials and equipments, which can stabilize the production quality,increase the production efficiency,and reduces the production cost.
