摘  要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定索咪新尿素乳膏中丙酸氯倍他索和硝酸咪康唑的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C_(18)柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%乙酸铵溶液(90:10,V/V),流速1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长240 nm,内标为苯甲酸苄酯。结果丙酸氯倍他索在7.5~12.5 mg·L^(-1)内和硝酸咪康唑在300~500 mg·L^(-1)内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),回收率均>98%,日内、日间RSD均<1.5%。结论本方法准确灵敏,可用于索咪新尿素乳膏中丙酸氯倍他索和硝酸咪康唑的含量测定。AIM To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the concentration of clobetasol propionate and miconazole nitrate in clobetasol pmpionate, miconazole nitrate, neomycin sulfate and urea cream. METHODS A Diamonsil C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol - 0.1% ammonium acetate solution(90: 10, V/V). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 240 nm. The internal standard was benzyl benzoate. RESULTS The linear range of clobetasol propionate and miconazole nitrate were 7.5 - 12.5 mg·L^- 1 and 300 - 500 mg·L^- 1 ,respectively( r=0.999 9). The method recovery was more than 98%. The RSDs of intra-day and interday were less than 1.5 %. CONCLUSION This method is accurate, sensitive and can avoid the interference. It can be employed for the determination of the concentration of clobetasol propionate and miconazole nitrate in clobetasol pmpionate, miconazole nitrate, neomycin sulfate and urea cream.
