摘  要:通过混凝处理淀粉工业废水,使水质达标排放或灌溉农田,同时将其沉降底泥调制成符合国标的有机复肥,并对复肥肥效及其机理进行了水稻盆栽试验的印证研究.结果表明,采用混凝法处理淀粉废水,出水可达国家污水综合排放标准及农用灌溉水质标准。同时利用沉降后所得底泥调制的有机复肥,总养分数为2608,有机质含量3011%.By coagulatively treating the starch wastewater,this study showed that it was possible to make an organic inorganic compound fertilizer from the coagulative sludge of wastewater by adding suitable chemical fertilizers,at the same time,treating them to make the effluent quality meet the GB 8978-88 or irrigate the farmland.And the compound fertilizer efficiency and its mechanism have been studied by the rice pot experiment.Taking a comprehensive consideration of the efficiency and dosage of coagulant and the costs,of 16 coagulants,PFS2 # was found to be the best coagulant.Under the selected optimum conditions,the COD of starch wastewater could be reduced to less than 200mg/L.When the coagulative sludge was supplied at the rate of 59 47%,the total content of nutrients(N,P and K) in the compound fertilizer was 26 08%,its organic content was 30 11%,and it could be further leaded to a series of specialized products.The rice pot experiment indicated that the harmonious relationship between nourish growth and reproductive growth of rice was obtained by the compound fertilizer,therefore the rice yield was 10 83% higher in the treatment with the compound fertilizer than with it's chemical fertilizer.The analysis of soil nutrients indicated that availabe fractions of soil macronutrients were higher in the treatment of compound fertilizer than in other treatments.
