摘　　要：手术模拟系统是近年来发展迅速的一个领域，显示了良好的应用前景。为能使医生更好地开展脊柱疾患术前诊断、手术计划及模拟，并选择合理的手术方案指导手术，节约手术的时间、降低手术风险。本文从开发的必要性、系统功能设计及初步实现的功能进行阐述，探讨脊柱手术模拟系统的设计与开发。Surgery simulation system, a rapidly developing domain in recent years, has exhibited a promising potential in application. It is supposed to assist surgeons to make preoperative diagnosis, prediction and simulation which can facilitate a reliable regimen for spinal surgery, economize surgical time and reduce surgical risk. This paper discusses the necessity, function design and initial application of the spinal surgery simulation system.
