摘　　要：目的探讨西甲硅油在胃镜检查中的使用价值。方法将进行胃镜检查的受检者随机分为研究组和对照组,检查前20min研究组给予西甲硅油15mL口服,对照组不服用消泡剂。根据内镜下视野清晰度将结果分为A、B、C、D四等级,进行统计学分析。结果研究组内镜下视野清晰程度明显高于对照组。结论使用西甲硅油可以显著调高内镜视野清晰度,有利于微小病灶的观察。Objective To evaluate the value of Simethicone in gastroscopy.Methods Patients who underwent gastroscopy were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The experiment group received Simethicone 15 mL orally before gastroscopy,and the control group was not treated with any defoamer before the examination.The result was divided into four grades of A,B,C and D according to the definition of the gastroscopy.Results The definition of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Simethicone can improve significantly the lucidity extent of the endoscopy sign.
