红色诺卡菌细胞壁骨架胶囊的制备及其生物学活性

摘　　要：目的制备红色诺卡菌细胞壁骨架(N-CWS)胶囊,并检测其生物学活性。方法采用超声波法和冷冻干燥法制备N-CWS胶囊,并通过影响因素试验、加速试验及长期试验考察其稳定性,通过小鼠抑瘤试验检测其生物学活性。结果所制备的N-CWS胶囊各项质量指标均符合相关要求,稳定性良好;口服给药对小鼠移植性肿瘤有明显的抑制作用。结论本实验制备的N-CWS胶囊质量稳定,抗肿瘤活性强,适于工业化生产。Objective To prepare Nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton（N-CWS）capsules and study its bioactivity.Methods N-CWS capsules were prepared by ultrasonication and lyophilization,evaluated for stability by influencing factor test,acceleration test and long-term test and determined for bioactivity by tumor inhibition test in mice.Results The prepared N-CWS capsules showed good stability,and all the quality indexes met the relevant requirements.Oral administration with the prepared N-CWS capsules showed significantly inhibitory effect on transplanted tumor in mice.Conclusion The prepared N-CWS capsules showed stable quality and high anti-tumor activity,which was suitable for industrial production.
