摘　　要：在分析四种常用软件开发风范的基础上，提出了能快速开发新产品满足市场竞争需求的中小型软件开发模型，即“核心功能优先、由里向外扩展”的软件开发模型（简称ＫＦＦＥＩＴＯ模型），探讨了ＫＦＦＥＩＴＯ模型对现代研究与发展管理模式的适应性，并以该模型开发的两个软件为例，分析了实现核心功能的系统半成品的可重用性以及该模型对于不同软件开发的适用性．A software development model KFFEITO(Kernel Function First, Extension from Inner to Outer) is presented.In this model, a procedure of software development is divided into five stages, and the tasks in these stages are clearly defined for both specialized development organizations and user's information centers, thus the loops between these stages can be avoided.The model adapts the R&D management scheme.Using this model, new products can be developed rapidly to meet the needs of the market competition.At last two applications software developed by KFFEITO are analyzed.The adaptability of the model to different types of software and the reusability of the half ready system products implementing the kernel functions of a system are also discussed.
