兽药洛克沙生产品质量的规范分析

摘　　要：对纯度为９９．８％的洛克沙生进行质量规范分析．用红外光谱和紫外－可见吸收光谱对洛克沙生的结构进行表征，并对其进行了元素分析（Ｃ、Ｈ、Ｎ）及杂质对氨基苯胂酸的测定．用高效液相反相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）测定洛克沙生，其结果与化学定氮法一致．A standard analytical method for the determination of Roxarsone is described in this paper. The structure of Roxarsone is determined by IR and UV. Element analysis(C,H,N) is performed,and the impurity,p-aminophenylarsonic acid is also determined,so is the content of Roxarsone by HPLC. The result is in correspondence with that of chemical method for determination of nitrogen.
