摘 要:采用形态观测和石蜡切片对陕西4个漆树品种的外部形态和树皮次生韧皮部的组织结构进行了比较分析。结果表明:4个漆树品种间在树冠、树高、皮孔形状和排列方式、复叶的小叶数及总叶柄、叶轴和叶脉上的被毛等外部形态性状上差异明显;品种间树皮基本结构相同,次生韧皮部结构和组成相似,其差异主要表现在筛管直径大小、乳汁道直径大小及单位面积内数量、石细胞群大小及单位面积内数量、有/无功能韧皮部厚度之比等方面。In present study,observational method and paraffin section technique were used to analyse the intraspecific differences in four kinds of Toxicodendron vernicifluum varieties,in order to quickly and accurately distinguish between them.The results shows sharp differences presented in height,shape,bark and leaves of the four varieties in our field observations,although the basic structure of cortex and secondary phloem remain much the same.The study also detected wide divergences in the microscopic structure of the following aspects:diameter of the sieve tubes,the number and area of laticiferous canal and stone cells per mm2,the ratio between functional phloem thickness and the non-functional phloem thickness.These traits can be used as varieties indicators for separation and identification of T.vernicifluum.
