内蒙古人间布鲁氏菌病的流行特征

摘　　要：2004-2007年内蒙古人间布鲁氏菌病（简称布病）的流行面积不断扩大,流行强度逐年增加。目前全区12个盟（市）中有11个盟（市）均有新发病例报告,102个旗（县、区）中有85个旗（县、区）有新发病例报告。总的流行趋势是：中东部地区流行严重,西部地区呈散发状态。季节流行曲线呈单峰型,流行高峰多数年份集中在4-6月份。发病年龄以25-50岁的青壮年为主,男性多于女性。性别比例与布病的流行强度有关,低发年份男女性别比接近3∶1 高发年份男女性别比接近2∶1。职业以农民占50%以上 牧民占25%-30%左右。另外家务及待业（2.93%）、学生（2.70%）、工人（2.18%）、散居儿童、民工和商务人员（1%以下）等职业的发病例数呈逐年上升趋势。From 2004 to 2007,The epidenic area of human brucellosis in Inner Mongolia was growing constcmtly,and epidemic strenth was in creasing year after year now,11 cities of the 12 cities have reported new cases,ditract 102 counties in counties there are 85 new cases was reported： The overall trend is serious epidemic in the middle and eastern region,the western region were divergent state.Seasonal epidemic curve showed a single peak,the epidemic contentrated in the peak year of the majority from April to june,25 to 50 years of age to the age of nearly young adults,It is more men than women.Brucellosis sex ratio and the intensity of the epidemic,the years of low male to female ratio close to 3∶1,malle to female ratio years high of close to 2∶1.occupational to farmers accounted for 50 percent or more accounted for 25 to 30 percent of the herdsman,and other chores and unemployed（2.93%）,students（2.7%）,workers（2.18%）,scattered children,workers and business（less than 1 percent）career year with the number of cases rising trend.
