摘 要:目的观察中等强度跑台运动对去卵巢大鼠骨量和相关血清性激素水平的影响,探讨其预防绝经后骨质疏松发生的作用机制。方法40只未经产雌性SD大鼠,按体重随机分为假手术、去卵巢静止、去卵巢运动和雌激素4组。去卵巢运动组每周进行4次45min、速度18m/min,坡度5°的跑台训练;雌激素组每周颈部皮下注射3次17β-雌二醇,每次50μg/kg体重。结束后,称量腹腔内脂肪和子宫重量;测定血清雌激素(E2)、孕酮(P4)和睾酮(T)含量;检测右侧游离股骨和胫骨的骨密度(BMD)和骨矿物(BMC)含量。结果中等强度跑台运动能显著增加去卵巢大鼠股骨近端、中段和远端以及胫骨近端的BMC、BMD以及血清E2水平,显著降低去卵巢大鼠腹腔内脂肪重量以及血清P4和T水平。结论中等强度跑台运动抗去卵巢大鼠骨量下降的效应至少部分可能与其对血清性激素水平的调节有关。Objective To observe the effects of moderate-intensity treadmill exercise on bone mass and related serum sex hormones in ovariectomized rats. Methods Forty 3-month-old female SD rats were either sham-operated (SHAM) or ovariectomized (OVX) and randomly divided into four groups by body weight: SHAM,OVX,OVX rats treated with exercise (EX group,18 m/min,5% uphill,45 min/day,4 times/week),OVX rats treated with 17β-estrogen groups (E2 group,50 μg/kg once,3 times/w). At the end of the experiment,blood was collected from abdominal vein with general anesthesia. The levels of serum E2,progesterone (P4),and testosterone (T) as well as the BMC and BMD of right femur and tibia were measured. Results The BMC and BMD in all three sites of femur and proximal tibia as well as the serum E2 level were increased remarkably in EX group compared with those of OVX group. However,the abdominal fat weight,the levels of serum P4 and T were decreased significantly while no change was found in uterus index between the OVX group and EX group. Conclusions The anti-osteopenia activity of moderate treadmill exercise in OVX rats may be at least partially connected with sex hormones.
