摘　　要：发展了多层递阶预报方法，把离线的算法改进为在线的算法．这种方法不仅计算简便，计算量小，而且省计算机储存。The MLPO method has been developed.The offline algorithm has been improved into onLine one. This algorithm is not only simple,having small calculation, but also economizing the store and the time of computer.This algorithm can be realized conveniently in computer.
