摘　　要：目的:探索一种有效的处女膜修补术。方法:修剪处女膜裂隙两侧粘膜,形成前后交错、宽约4mm的两个瓦合粘膜瓣,拉拢后间断缝合,最后于处女膜中段行荷包减张缝合,然后根据切口愈合情况评价手术疗效。结果:本组173例,其中143例术后3个月至半年获得随访,伤口一期愈合者115例,占80.42%;伤口80%以上愈合者14例,占9.79%;切口愈合低于80%者14例,占9.79%。结论:瓦合粘膜瓣及荷包减张缝合的处女膜修补术是一种有效的手术方式,值得推广。Objective To explore an effective hymenorrhaphy. Methods We trimmed the mucosa on both sides of hymen＇s crack and obtained two overlapping anteroposterior mucosal flaps with the width of 4 mm.The flaps were intersected anteroposteriorly.We then drew together to suture the flaps interruptedly.Finally we purse-string sutured the midpiece of the hymen. We evaluated the effect of the treatment according to the degree of healing. Results 143 of 173 cases in total were followed-up after three to six months. Primary healing was observed in 80.42 percent of total cases （n=115）. The rate of wound healing was beyond 0.8 in 9.79 percent of cases （n=14）. The rate was below 0.8 in the rest of 9.79 percent of cases （n=14）. Conclusion The application of the overlapping mucosal flaps combined with purse string suture is an effective hymenorrhaphy and deserves popularization.
