摘 要:目的:应用扫描反射比分光光度仪检测技术调查上海地区健康成人不同身体部位皮肤颜色的情况,并分析相应的影响因素。方法:用扫描反射比分光光度仪测量159名健康志愿者前额、眼角、鼻唇沟、颊部、手背、手腕、前臂伸侧、前臂屈侧、上臂内侧和臀部皮肤颜色。结果:皮肤颜色在不同部位有显著差异:最黑的部位是前额,最白的是上臂内侧;最红的是鼻唇沟,最不红的是上臂内侧。女性比男性更白,男性比女性更红。十个不同部位中,差异最大的是前额与上臂内侧,颜色最为接近的是手腕和前臂伸侧。结论:对曝光部位L*值影响最大的是日光曝露量和使用防晒霜频率;对曝光部位b*值影响最大的是使用防晒霜频率;对非曝光部位L*值、a*值和b*值影响最大的是皮肤光类型。Objective To collect datas on Shanghainess skin color and investigate the relationships among skin color and factors that affect it. Methods Used SPECTCOLOMETER to examine the color of 10 body parts (including forehead, canthus, nasolabi, cheek, hand back, wrist, medial forearm, lateral forearm, upper-inner arm and buttock )of 159 Shanghainess people. Results There are statistic difference in skin color on different parts of body. The site of lightest skin was upper-inner arm, whereas the darkest was forehead. Redness was highest on nasolabi and lowest on upperinner arm. Skin color was lighter in females than in males, whereas redness was higher in males. Compared with two specific sites, the wrist and lateral were most similar, and the forehead and upper-inner arm were the most different in color. Conclusion The factors that significantly influenced L* value in facultative parts were exposed time and the frequency of using sunscreen, factors that influenced b^* value in facultative parts was the frequency of using sunscreen, factors that influenced L^* value, a^* value and b^* value in constitutive parts was skin phototype.
