摘 要:磷酸盐自硬砂存放稳定性差,本文在实验的基础上分析了磷酸盐无机粘结剂成分,固化剂加入量及环境湿度对自硬砂硬化强度及强度稳定性的影响,结果表明,经过含镁物质改性的粘结剂,其自硬砂在高湿度下的抗吸湿性明显改善,但低湿度下,固化剂加入量较高时,存放稳定性差。为保证在各种湿度环境下砂型均具有较高的硬化强度且具有良好的存放稳定性,粘结剂含起改性作用的成分M且保持固化剂加入量较低是必要的。No-bake phosphate binder has poor storage stability. On basis of experiments, effects of several factors, i. e., binder compositions, hardener additive and environmental humidity on the strength and strength stability are studied in this paper. Results show that humidity resistance of magnesium modified binder sand in high humidity is improved greatly but in low humidity condition the storage stability is bad when addition amount curing agent is high. In order to ensure the mould sand has high strength and good storage stability in different humidity conditions, it is necessary that binder containing M and curing agent kept a low addition amount.
