摘  要:当金-型界面气体压力上升速度超过液态金属上升产生压力的速度,就会形成侵入性气孔缺陷。本文研究平板铸件铁液液面上升速度与金-型界面气体压力等参数,及其与型砂的发气能力、透气能力存在的定量关系,确定透气性各要素之间也有着一定的数学关系。据此得出平板铸铁件浇注工艺参数的计算公式及图表,可作为防止侵入性气孔缺陷的工艺设计参考。Blowhole defects are formed when the increment of gas pressure at the mold/metal interface exceeds that pressure generated by the liquid metal ascending. The quantitative relationship between the gas pressure in between mold/metal interface and the rate of the liquid metal ascendingand and the permeability of the mold were discussed. It was found that the mathematics quantitative relationships were existing in between the permeability parameters. And the calculation formula and tables of various parameters in gating system could be obtained, which could be used as the reference for preventing the blowhole defects.
