摘　　要：中小型棒材、线材、板带等轧机中轧机组配辊,长期以来采用常法浇注的中镍铬钼或低镍铬钼球墨无限冷硬铸铁轧辊。由于其生产成本较高和强度较低,不仅轧辊的性价比较低,而且断辊常有发生。离心轧辊在中轧机组上推广应用之后,不仅轧辊成本大幅度下降,而且由于轧辊强度大幅度提高,基本上解决了断辊的技术问题。Collocation roll of rolling mill for bar rod, wire rod and plate are always poured by routine method and produced by medium or low indefinite chilled Ni-Or-Mo ductile iron. Due to its high production cost and low strength, the ratio of performance to price is quite low and broken roller phenomenon always occurs. However, when the centrifugal roller in the medium rolling mill can be widely used, the production cost of roller will be decreased and the broken roller can be avoided because of the improved strength value.
