摘  要:目的评价尿蛋白电泳与尿红细胞形态检查联合应用对肾脏损害部位判断的应用价值。方法对我院130例住院及门诊患者采用AGE尿蛋白电泳技术进行非浓缩尿蛋白电泳,分析尿液中的蛋白质成分,同时对同一患者的尿液进行红细胞计数与形态检查。结果根据尿蛋白电泳图谱,将蛋白尿分为肾小球性、肾小管性、混合性、溢出性、生理性蛋白尿;结合临床诊断符合率达90.29%。红细胞形态检查与肾病临床诊断符合率达90.35%,尿蛋白电泳与尿红细胞形态检查之间采用x2检验,P>0.05,两种方法对肾疾病的检出率差异无统计学意义。结论尿蛋白电泳和尿红细胞形态检查与临床诊断有良好的符合性,可判断肾脏损伤的部位与程度。两种方法具有良好的相关性,联合应用可鉴别血尿的来源,为肾脏疾病的早期诊断、分型、损伤部位,以及指导治疗、疗效监控、判断愈后提供有利的依据。Objective To evaluate the value of combining urine protein electrophesis and urine RBC morphology examination to judge renal impairment. Methods 130 inpatients or outpatients were enrolled to performed urine protein electrophesis and urine RBC quantity and morphology. Results According to the result of urine protein electrophesis, urine protein was divided into five section : glomerular proteinuria, tubuloproteinuria, mixed albuminutia, overflow proteinuria and physiological proteinuria. 90.2% of them are in accordance with clinical diagnosis. The resullt of urine RBC morphology examination showed 90.35% accordant rate. The two methods are ralated to each other. Conclusion Urine protein electrophesis and urine RBC morphology examination may judge the position and degree of renal impairment. Both methods can offer very important evidence in the diagnosis ,therapy and evaluating prognosis of kidney disease.
