摘　　要：论述了糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化病变的中医发病机制及提出"脉积"的概念的新认识,应用"脉积"既表述了糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化病变的形态改变,又阐述了其病机的内涵,加深了中医对糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化病变的认识;且为糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化病变新的治则—软坚散结法提供依据。The article discuss the TCM pathogenesy of the disease——diabetes mellitus complicated atheromatosis and propose a new viewpoint of ＂maiji＂,With the word＂maiji＂,we can describe the shape of atheromatosis in diabetes mellitus disease,and explain the meaning of TCM pathogenesy,improve our theory level of the disease——diabetes mellitus complicated atheromatosis,and provide proof for the new therapeutical principle-ruanjiansanjiefa.
