小儿消滞颗粒治疗厌食症患儿30例

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿消滞颗粒对厌食症患儿小肠吸收功能的影响及治疗厌食症的疗效。方法:采用自身前后对照,研究30名2～10岁,近1个月内未用过治疗小儿厌食症中西药物及其它疗法的患儿,按规范口服小儿消滞颗粒治疗2周后再随访2月。观察实验前后体重、身高、尿D-木糖排泄率及唾液淀粉酶的测定的变化,以及各项观察指标的变化。结果:治疗后体重、尿D-木糖排泄率、唾液淀粉酶均较治疗前明显上升;总体疗效比较,治疗后总证候积分临床痊愈6例,有效24例,显效0例,无效0例,总有效率100%。结束治疗2个月后证候积分临床痊愈7例,有效23例,显效0例,无效0例,总有效率100%。治疗后各观察指标的改善情况显著优于治疗前,且复发率低。结论:小儿消滞颗粒治疗小儿厌食症有较好的临床效果,且复发率低。Objective：To observe the function of ＂the children＇s Xiaozhi granule＂ in treating the intestinal absorption of the anorexia patients.Methods：Using the experimental design of the comparison before and after on research of 30 anorexia children between two to ten years old,which have not accept any Chinese and Western medicines treatment and other therapies within a month.Patients must take ＂the children＇s Xiaozhi granule＂according to norms for two weeks and be followed up in the next two months.Give an observation of the change of weight,height,D-xylose excretion rate,the change of ptyalin and all the indices of the observation table before and after the test.Results：Comparison of body weight,the change of D-xylose excretion rate and The change of ptyalin all increase obviously than before the test.The overall effects：After the test,by the symptoms of Integral,the test results of the 30 cases,6 cases were obvious,24 cases were effective,0 cases were advanced,0 case were invalid,total effectiveness 100%;After two months,the test results of the 30 cases,7 cases were obvious,23 cases were effective,0 cases were advanced,0 case were invalid,total effectiveness 100%.After the test,the symptoms of integral decreased obviously,and the relapse rate is low.Conclusion：＂the children＇s Xiaozhi granule＂can enhance the children＇s appetite obviously,and the relapse rate is low.
