补肾养血饮Ⅱ号治疗气血两虚型肾性贫血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾养血饮Ⅱ号治疗肾性贫血的可行性。方法:以养血饮为对照药物,采用随机、对照的方法进行研究。本次试验病例63例,试验组32例,对照组31例。观察两组的临床疗效。结果:补肾养血饮Ⅱ号治疗肾性贫血的显效率为34.4%,有效率为43.8%,总有效率为81.3%;养血饮显效率和有效率分别为19.4%和51.6%,总有效率为74.2%。两组疗效相当,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。补肾养血饮Ⅱ号在治疗肾性贫血的过程中,对神疲乏力,眩晕耳鸣、皮肤苍白、心悸、恶心呕吐(P<0.01)、头痛、舌质淡黯(P<0.05)等有较好的改善作用,两组均未发生因药物引起的不良反应。结论:补肾养血饮Ⅱ号治疗肾性贫血气血两虚型患者疗效确切,且无任何不良反应,并能有效地改善肾性贫血患者的临床症状和体征。Objective：To approach the possibilities of treating renal anemia by using＂BuShen YangXue Yin II＂ ete.Chinese traditional medicine.Methods：The project is doing research by means of random and contrast in comparison to ＂Yang xue Yin＂.There are 63 cases in the clinical experiment,32 cases in experiment group and 31 cases in control group.Clinical effects are examined in two groups.Results：Clinical results indicate：the effectual rate is 34.4%,the curable rate is 43.8%,the total curable rate is 81.3% in treating renal anemia by using ＂BuShen YangXue Yin II＂.Whereas the effectual rate is 19.4%,the curable rate is 51.6%,the total curable rate is 74.2% in treating renal anemia by using＂Yang xue Yin＂.There is no noticable differences in curable effects of two groups.In the process of treatment by using ＂BuShen YangXue Yin II＂,The following clinical symptoms and body signs are improved greatly：exhaust and fatigue,vertigo and tinnitus,pale skin,palpitation,being sick and vomit（P0.01）,headache,being light and dark in texture of tongue（P0.05）etc.There are no side effects caused by drugs in experiment group and control group.Conclusion：The curative effect is noticeable by using ＂BuShen YangXue Yin II＂ and having no side effects.Clinical symptoms and body signs are improved greatly.
