通过正交设计筛选针灸阳经腧穴治疗脑梗死偏瘫的优化方案

摘　　要：目的:优化取阳经腧穴针灸治疗脑梗死偏瘫的方案。方法:以脑梗死偏瘫患者为观察对象,以Fugl-Meyer上、下肢运动功能积分为观察指标,应用正交设计法,对影响针灸疗效的6因素2水平搭配组合方案进行优选。结果:每日治疗2次、毫针重刺激、配合巨刺、配合电针、配合灸法、每次治疗留针30min,可获得较高的Fugl-Meyer上、下肢运动功能积分。结论:对于所考察的因素和水平而言,前述方案是取阳经腧穴针灸治疗脑梗死偏瘫的较优方案。Objective：To optimize the acupuncture therapeutic scheme of cerebral infarction hemiplegy by selecting acupoints of yang meridians.Methods：Patients of cerebral infarction hemiplegy was observed.Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment of the upper and lower limbs was used as the observation indexes.Results：The scheme of twice therapy a day,strong stimulation of acupuncture needles,opposing needling combined,electroacupuncture combined,moxibustion combined,30 minutes of needle retaining each time can get a higher Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment.Conclusion：As far as the considered factors and levels are concerned,the scheme mentioned above is the better combination in the acupuncture-therapy of cerebral infarction hemiplegy by selecting acupoints of yang meridians.
