经阴道彩超结合血β-HCG测定对无症状异位妊娠的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声与血β-HCG结合诊断无症状异位妊娠的价值。方法:对31例无症状异位妊娠患者行经阴道彩超检查及血β-HCG测定,并进行回顾性分析。结果:异位妊娠患者血β-HCG值均升高,声像图表现:附件区混合性包块,周边可见血流信号,其内可见胚囊样结构。结论:经阴道彩超联合血β-HCG测定对无症状异位妊娠具有重要的临床价值。Objective： To assess the diagnostic value of combined transvaginal color Doppler imaging （TVCDI） with serum level determination of β-human chorionic gonadotropin（ β-HCG ） in asymptomatic ectopic pregnancy . Methods： The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 31 asymptomatic women with eetopie pregnancy undergone the combined ex-amination of TVCDI with β-HCG. Results： Elevated β-HCG level was found in the pregnant women absent of symptoms and the somographk, appearance showed the presence of mixed adnexal masses,with visual blood flow around the mass and gestational sac. Conclusion ： Combined TVCDI with β-HCG determiualion is of great clinical value in diagnosis of asymp- tomatie ectopie pregnancy.
