摘 要:自动化挤奶是机械挤奶的总体发展方向,奶杯自动脱落技术是自动化挤奶关键技术之一,其以适时奶量阈值为控制决策信号,驱动相应组件,实现挤奶过程中的适时脱杯,从而避免"过挤",提高作业效率,降低劳动强度。为此,阐述了脱杯控制系统的基本构成与分类,重点剖析了典型脱杯装置的工作过程及脱杯阈值的参数确定等,以期为国内相关技术与设备研发提供参考。Milking automation is the development orientation of mechanized milking. It is characterized by many advantages including avoiding over - milking problem, improving operation efficiency, reducing hand labor intensity. This paper introduced the fundamental composition and equipment classification of milking unit detaching system, with the focus contributed to the analysis of the work process of typical detaching equipment and the decision of threshold values for detach alarm. The objective of the paper was to provide some guidance and reference for domestic similar researches on the milking unit detaching technology.
