摘 要:脉动燃烧干燥系统的核心装置是脉动燃烧器,合理的脉动燃烧器设计是保证干燥过程节能、减排以及高效运行的必要条件。以额定功率80kW的脉动燃烧器设计为例,详细阐述了Helmholtz型脉动燃烧器的尾管、燃烧室、燃气供气系统及空气阀的设计过程以及设计时应注意的原则和合理的设计方法,给出了80kW脉动燃烧器各个部件的尺寸。同时,还介绍了脉动燃烧测试系统所需的硬件条件、选型以及测试软件的编写;最后给出了自行设计的脉动燃烧性能测试实验装置的实测结果。The core technology of pulse combustion drying system is pulse combustor. Rational design of pulse combustor is the essential condition to guarantee energy conservation, emission reduction and efficient operation during drying process. In this paper, taken the design of 80kW Helmhohz pulse combustor for example, the design principle of tail pipe, combustion chamber, fuel gas supply systems and air valve, together with the proper methods used in design, is expounded. The size of each part of the pulse combustor we designed is presented. Furthermore, it is introduced of the hardware facility of pulse eombustor test system, type selection of the hardware and compiling of the test system software. At last, the test result of the pulse eombustor using the test system designed by ourselves is obtained.
