摘  要:国产引进型300MW机组经常出现高压缸效率低和轴封漏汽量大的故障,影响了机组运行的经济性。介绍了300MW机组通流部分采用布莱登汽封和蜂窝汽封相结合的改造方法,对改造前、后的性能数据进行了比较,得出了合理使用新型汽封模式且有利于改善和提高机组性能的结论。The faults of lower efficiency of HP casing and larger steam leakage were often occurred in domestic 300MW unit manufactured using introduced technique,and the economical efficiency of unit operation had been influenced.A reformation scheme of flow path of 300MW unit was introduced,in which the combinations of Brandon steam gland and honeycomb gland was adopted.The performance data of the unit before and after reformation were compared each other,and the conclusion obtained is that using new-style gland rationally can improve the unit performance.
