摘  要:以黄瓜为试材,研究了种子在含不同浓度亚精胺的MS培养基上的萌发情况,然后将处理后的七龄幼苗去3/4下胚后转接到不含亚精胺的MS培养基中,统计再生植株的株高、节间平均长度、叶面积、雌株(长有雌花再生植株)比率、雌花总数.结果表明,较低浓度的亚精胺显著促进黄瓜种子的萌发且有利于再生植株生殖生长,显著提高雌花成花率;而较高浓的亚精胺则对种子的萌发表现出明显的抑制作用,也不利于再生植株叶片生长和花芽分化,但促进节间伸长.The research on seed germination of cucumber was conducted in MS medium with different concentrations of spermidine. The treated seven-day seedings, rid of 3/4 hypocotyls, were then cultivated in spermidine free MS nutrient medium. The plant height, the average internode length, leaf area, the ratio of female plant, and the total number of pistillate flowers per plant were all recorded of the regenerated plantlets. The result showed that low spermidine concentration (5 × 10^-3 mmol/L) can significantly promote the germination of cucumber seeds and its growth and proves to be conducive to the reproductive growth of regenerated plants and strikingly the ratio of female flowers. While, high spermidine concentration (5 × 10^-1 mmol/L) apparently retards sseed germination, leaf growth and flower bud differentiation,yet turns out to be conducive to internode elongation of regenerations.
